Right in the heart of Madrid is this apartment that occupy the 5th floor
(the penthouse) facing to the famous Plaza Mayor in a completely renovated deluxe building from the XVII century.

(Please note that this apartment is in the same building of another that I managed also which is just one floor up, in the fifth floor with same characteristics).

This penthouse 130 sq meters offer you a great authentic stay in an historic place with all the amenities, lift access, wifi, heating / air conditioning centralized, doorman and portal in the same Plaza Mayor.

Living Area:
In the lounge there are a large couch that converts into two single sleepers sofas, coffe table, side table and lamps. This lounge is overlooking Felipe III street.

The Dinning Suite has a table with seating for 10 people.

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has 1 double bed, bedside tables, 2 single bedsofas, lamps and a closet. This bedroom is overlooking Plaza Mayor.

The second bedroom has 1 double bed, bedside table, lamp and a chest of drawers. This bedroom has a small window overlooking the rooftops of Madrid

Hall Space:
The hall space has a 2 single bedsofas and side table with lamps.
There is a a big closet in the corridor for all the guest. This hall space has a window overlooking the rooftops of Madrid

Bathrooms:
The bathroom1 has 1 washbasin, a walk-in shower and a WC.

The bathroom2 has a washbasin, a bathtube with shower and a WC.

kitchen:
Apart from providing a complete set of kitchenware, the kitchen is also fully equipped with: Ceramic plate cooker and oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, blender, juicer, dishwasher and toaster.

Please note: 1 fold-out bed could be available for a eleventh guest, but need to ask if it is possible, and would be placed in the master bedroom or in the lounge.

Each bed or bedsofa is provided with a bottom sheet, pillows and a duvet cover (duvet cover with comforter inside only in winter)

We also provide a set of two towels (one large and one small) per person.

Besides this apartment also includes:

Hot/cold AC centralized, electric boiler, intercom, double glazing, washing machine, ironing equipment, hairdryer, bed linens and towels, Flat Screen TV / DVD, WiFi internet connection.

The building is completely renovated and has a doorman and elevator.
