CONDITIONS:
-Check-in is between 15:00h to 21:00h.
(Sometimes it can be earlier if there aren’t other customers leaving that day. Ask us about it).
Surcharge 50€ in cash upon receiving the keys for Check-in after 21:00h PM to 23:00h PM and 60€ surcharge for arrivals after 23:00h PM to 24:00h.
After 24:00h PM we don’t accept arrivals. Ask us for possible exceptions.
Surcharge of 20€ for unannounced and unjustified delay in the appointment time.
We give you an appointment time that must be met, If can’t, you will notice us with an enough time (30′ before your appointment) with your change. We always have many arrivals from several of ours apartments and we can’t wait for hours if you decide to change your plans and go eat or to do shopping while we are waiting for you. You are coming to an apartment, there is NO a 24h reception as in hotels.
-Check-out until 11:00h AM Punctual.
(If you need to stay longer than the regular time of departure 11:00h and we can’t allow it, we will give you the information of a baggage storage space in the center where you can leave your luggage. If we could do the favor for you, and allow to staying longer, we will let you know during the check-in, but this would change depending on if there is a last minute reservation entering the day of your departure).
Must comply with your departure time (assigned by us) punctually. If our cleaning team arrives and you are still in the apartment, will be a surcharge of 40€ for each hour of delay (20€ for each half hour). You need to understand that we have several apartments and have to prepare them for next guests. We can’t be waiting for your departure and causing delays in the next arrivals.
-We provide two sets of keys for your stay. The loss of each set of keys is subject to a surcharge of 20€.
-If you use more linen than we have provided for the number of people staying, you will have to pay for extra person per each bed extra used without warning.
-If you are just 1 person staying, can’t use all the beds in the place, just use your bedroom.
-If you have babies, up to 1 year of age (12 months) you´ll be free of payment. If you have children from 1 year of age, they must pay as a regular guest.
-A change in the booking will not be allowed to less number of people or less number of nights, in the two weeks prior to the arrival of that reservation.
-For stays of more than a week, a weekly cleaning of at least 2 hours will have to be paid and will be paid separately from the cleaning upon departure that was already paid with the reservation. The day of check-in will be assigned a day for this weekly realization that suits you and us. Price will be 10€ p/hour. This cleaning will not include the washing of the bed linen and towels that will be done in the apartment’s washing machine by the client.
-It is not allowed to leave Air Conditioner and lights on when you leave the apartment to go outside. Although afterwards, on your return, it will be very hot in the house, once you turn on the air conditioner again, it will take about 10 minutes to cool the house again.
-Deposit. The agency may access the deposit if there is any damage report, if no damages the agency won’t take it from your account.

ATTENTION:
-You will be the responsible of your group since you make the reservation.
-The person who makes the reservation from his profile has to come to the apartment. If this person doesn’t come, we could cancel his reservation and that person couldn`t make a valuation of the apartment from his profile.
-We need a commitment that you will not make annoying noises in any time at the apartment, running, jumping, dragging furniture, shouting, inside the place or in the balconies / terraces nor in the common areas.
Please we need you to use the apartment properly, to sleep, breakfast, lunch, dine, etc. To drink alcohol until get drunk and party there is a lot of bars all over Madrid, we can’t allow you to use the apartment for this end.
Also when use the common areas like the stairs and elevator, please do not leave those place dirt, don’t leave bottles or trash, and please don’t run or jump in the stairs, use them calm and quietly. Don’t ring other neighbor’s intercoms or doors, make sure all your group know where they live.
From 23:00h to 08:00h. (11:00PM to 08:00AM) any noise won’t be permitted in the apartment and building common areas.
-Inside the apartment, you can’t exceed the total number of people who have made the reservation, at any time.
Also the Police will have the total number of guest that signed the Entry Forms on your arrival at the apartment.
Must know if the Police go to the apartment during your stay because of the noises or miss behavior you will have to leave the place and the deposit will not be returned.
Also as we don’t have a reception and some neighbors can’t contact us during your stay, if after your stay, when you have already left, we have reports and complaints from neighbors because you didn’t behave properly will not be refunded the deposit back neither.
It is very important that you are aware that, can only be come to this apartment if there is a full respect from all of you.
-FOR PEOPLE OVER 16 YEARS OLD:
By order of the Spain Ministry of Interior and the National Police, all the people staying in a “Apartment for Tourist use / Vivienda uso Turístico” in Madrid must sign an “Entry Form” upon arrival in and show identity card or passport at check-in, according to the ORDER INT/03 about Log Books and input parts of travelers in hospitality establishments in Spain.
This entry form it is just a paper with your name, passport or ID number, ISSUE date of your document, etc (like in the hotels). You and your group can fill it out with us ON YOUR ARRIVAL at the check-in, since we always have empty forms. (One for each person that will sleep at the place, over than 16 years old)
So, we will need to have all your group together at the check-in and fill it.
If your group don’t arrive all together, we can try to do a favor and exception for you and do your check-in but you must bring all the forms filled and signed from all the guest.
If we go to the appointment time to do the check-in and don’t have all the Entry Forms we won’t do the check-in and will need to wait until will have the documentation of the whole group, and a second check-in will have a surcharge of 20€.
We will need to send to the Police these Entry Forms the day of your arrival and the Police could make controls at the flat to check if all people staying have signed the Entry Form. It is mandatory by law for all the Tourist Flats in MADRID to ask for it.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in the non-return of the deposit.

MUST KNOW:
In Madrid all Tourist Flats, if they are legal, they are required to be registered in the Register of Tourist Companies of the “General Directorate of Culture and Tourism” of the Community of Madrid, on the website of the “National Police” to keep the register of entry of tourists (as in an hotel) and on the “Tax Agency of the State”. If in Madrid you get in a Tourist Flat that is not taken that way, then you are renting a clandestine and illegal apartment.
